We are currently aware that customers have been trying to place orders on our websites over the last 2 weekks.
Some customers are getting a time out or error, or an error message and are unaware that the order has actually been placed. Customers have then tried placing an order again, and it may or may not have been successful.
After checking their bank accounts, cutsomers have noticed that we have taken more than one payment from their account, including the attempt which failed.
We are actively processing these refunds and cancelling the orders that failed and you should expect the refund within your account within 3 - 5 days.
