We highly recommend that you download the DPD App and you can receive real time updates on your delivery. This includes parcel tracking, a one hour time slot for delivery, and you can even select a safe place or a different delivery destination.

Click and Collect
If you would prefer to collect your order from a local Pick-Up point, you can opt for this once you have received your tracking information from DPD on the day of delivery.
On the tracking information, it will prompt you to go on to the DPD website and from there you can make the required changes.
If you change the original delivery option that you requested at the time of placing the order, this may delay your delivery by 24 hours.

UK Mainland including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight.
If the address for delivery of your order is a UK mainland address, they will be dispatched using the below delivery methods:
We deliver to addresses across mainland UK. We are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Unfortunately, next day delivery and weekend deliveries are not available for the following postcodes:
- AB10-16, AB21-39, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, GY1 – GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-9,
- IV1-56, IV63, JE1-4, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PA87-88, PH15-44,
- PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, ZZ75 0AA
We are only able to accept orders that are placed by consumers within the Mainland UK and that are shipped to a Mainland UK address.
Any orders that are attempted to be placed using a credit/debit card that is not registered to a UK address will not be accepted.
