What accessories come as standard with this model?

IF250UK/IF250UKCO - This model comes with a 30cm crevice tool, upholstery tool, dusting brush, dust & allergen brush, 2 batteries, a double charging dock and charger.

Does this model have washable filters?

Yes, it has a foam filter in the top of the hand vacuum, which sits on a frame and also has an exhaust filter on the bottom of the hand vacuum. All of these should be rinsed under a tap and left to air dry on a regular basis. Please check your instruction booklet for more details.

Is there a rotating brush on the front of the floor nozzle?

Yes, this model benefits from our DuoClean Technology. It has two rotating brushrolls, one soft roller and one bristle brushbar. They work together to pick up large particles, small particles and stuck on dust particles from carpets and hard floors.

What is the capacity of the dust cup?

The dust cup has a max. fill line at 0.33L

How long does the battery last?

Each battery lasts up to 22 minutes when used in extended runtime mode, so with 2 batteries you get up to 44 minutes runtime.

How long does the battery take to charge?

The batteries take 3.5 hours to fully charge, when you use the double charging dock.

What does the brush roll indicator light mean?

Solid Green: The brush rolls are on and working as they should.

Solid Red: There is a jam in the brush roll area. Turn your vacuum off and remove the blockage.

No Light: The brush rolls are off because the vacuum is off.
