Does this model have washable filters and how often should I clean them?

Yes, this model comes with both a foam and felt filter kit and we recommend that you rinse them every month. It also comes with a post-motor filter which you need to rinse once a year. You can also tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.

Unlike vacuums which rely on suction alone, power is directly delivered to the vacuum head even in Lift-Away mode. The brush-roll continues rotating and pulling in dirt, promising a deep, consistent clean on stairs and underneath furniture.

What does the brush-roll indicator light mean?
  • Solid Green: The brush-roll is spinning and working as intended
  • Solid Red: There is a jam in the brush-roll area, turn off and unplug the vacuum and remove any blockages in the nozzle
  • Flashing Red: The motorised floor nozzle is overheating, turn the vacuum off and wait a minimum of 60 minutes for the unit to cool down
